Supported Platforms
Jeanette works on WhatsApp, Telegram, and the web dashboard. The same assistant, the same memory, across all of them.
WhatsApp is Jeanette's primary channel. She supports text messages, images, and voice messages.

What works on WhatsApp
- Text conversations
- Sending and receiving images (for image generation and editing)
- Voice messages (Jeanette can transcribe and respond)
- Rich formatted responses (bold, lists)
- Inline links and previews
Limitations
- WhatsApp messages have a 4,096-character limit — Jeanette splits longer responses automatically.
- File attachments (PDFs, documents) are not supported as inputs via WhatsApp. Use the dashboard for those.
Telegram
Telegram is fully supported and often preferable for power users who want richer message formatting and faster delivery.

Web Dashboard
The web dashboard at app.jeanette.ai provides a full conversation interface plus account management.

- Settings — update your profile, assistant name, timezone, custom instructions

Accessing the dashboard
Sign up or sign in at app.jeanette.ai. You can use email/password or sign in with Google or Microsoft.
Account linking
Your Jeanette account is shared across all platforms. If you start a conversation on Telegram and continue on WhatsApp, Jeanette remembers everything. You can link multiple platforms to a single account from the dashboard under Settings → Messaging.
