How to manage your subscription, understand usage, and top up credits.
Plans and pricing
For current plan details, pricing, and token/credit allowances, see the pricing section on the Jeanette homepage. This is always up to date and reflects the current offering.
Tokens and credits
For a full explanation of how tokens and credits work, see Tokens & Credits.
In short:
- Tokens measure AI computation — every message in and out consumes tokens
- Credits are used for real-world actions like web search, image generation, and API calls
Managing your subscription
From Settings → Billing in the dashboard you can:
- View your current plan and monthly usage
- See remaining tokens and credits
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Top up credits (available on paid plans)
- View and download invoices
Checking usage in conversation
You can ask Jeanette directly:
You: How many tokens have I used this month?
Jeanette: You've used 1.2M input tokens and 320K output tokens this billing period. You have 380 credits remaining.
Topping up credits
On paid plans, you can purchase additional credits at any time from the dashboard without waiting for the next billing period. Credits don't expire.
When limits are reached
When you reach your token or credit limit, Jeanette will always tell you — she won't silently fail. She'll explain what happened and provide a link to upgrade or add credits.
Billing period
Plans are billed monthly. Token and credit allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Account data is not automatically deleted on cancellation.
